Get ready to experience a deep sense of freedom and relaxation with Freedom Flow! This immersive workshop combines Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Trauma Release Exercises, and Breathwork, guiding you to reconnect with your body and let go of stored stress and tension.
During this session, you'll be gently guided through each technique, allowing you to unwind, relieve stress, and tap into a profound sense of freedom within yourself. Whether you’re new to these practices or have experienced them before, Freedom Flow will help you unlock new levels of peace, clarity, and self-awareness.
The workshop lasts 45 minutes, with each technique designed to support you in letting go of stress and trauma. By the end of the session, you’ll feel lighter, more grounded, and empowered to move through life with renewed self love and freedom.
What to Bring:
- Pillow

Things to Remember:
- Avoid caffeine on the day of the event.
- No drugs or alcohol 24 hours prior to the session.
- Eat a light meal an hour + before.
- Dress comfortably, no loose or restrictive clothing.
