These days it seems normal to have a short fuse. There are so many expectations as to how things should be but very few times when those expectations are met. The disappointment of this leads to feelings of anger and frustration that manifest as harmful actions towards ourself and others.

In this series of classes we’ll explore Buddha’s teachings on how to overcome anger and frustration through learning to accept whatever is happening, having given up thinking that things should be different to what they are.

You’ll learn:

That anger is a spectrum and how even mild irritation or frustration is harmful;
Why we get irritated and frustrated;
That it’s unrealistic to expect everything to go our way; and
How to not retaliate when our buttons are pushed.
