Event description

In today’s society, stress and anxiety are a deadly disease affecting more and more people. 

That’s why learning mindfulness techniques to manage our nervous system is not something reserved just for the spiritual people, but for everyone. 

To many, living a busy life is not an option. Busy professionals, single mums, entrepreneurs, parents and students from all ages and backgrounds can be affected, hurting our wellbeing, personal relationships and work performance.

This session is an opportunity to learn valuable techniques to manage your nervous system, release stress, have a change in perspective and discover tools to improve the overall quality of your life. 

During this session you will experience a brief mindfulness talk, a body awareness meditation and a gentle breathwork session. 

This is a free session where everyone is welcome. So please share the booking  link with friends, colleagues and family.

Session delivered via Zoom, but booking is a must. Check your time zone to confirm the exact time of the session in your local area, which will be delivered 7pm-8:30pm Australia/Sydney Time.

If you miss the session or can't attend on the scheduled date/time you can watch the replay. Book to receive a link with the replay of the session.

The link to the Zoom meeting will be sent via email the day of the class.

Cristian Trujillo

Cristian is an experienced yoga teacher, mindfulness coach and business mentor, he uses traditional practices, coaching methods, healing techniques and business experience to help people move forward in their lives or businesses. 

In his work as a facilitator, he brings together his experience as a Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation Teacher, Breathwork facilitator, Reiki Healer and Certified Coach. He also incorporates the principles he practised as an Engineer, Videographer, Uni Lecturer, Entrepreneur and Business Mentor.

Cristian has a heart centred and gentle approach and is passionate about sharing the ancient traditional practices and philosophy from yoga. He believes that healing doesn't have to be painful and that it is important to have an integral approach while addressing the needs of the body, mind, heart and soul.

Cristian is based in the Sunshine Coast and is the founder of Yandina Yoga and Breathwork, where he shares the practices of Yoga, Mindfulness and Breathwork. Cristian runs workshops, mentoring groups, retreats and speaking engagement across Australia and Overseas.
