Women Drivers is a membership networking group which offers a welcoming space for beginners, providing an introduction and entry point into the world of golf.

We aim to break down barriers and build confidence by offering resources, guidance, and opportunities for women to learn and develop their golf skills at their own pace, as well as meeting some other amazing women along the way.

We are excited to share this event for Women Driver Members at Freeway Golf North Balwyn.

When: Tueday 11th February 2025

Time: 10am to 12pm, arrival 9:30am

Where: Columbia Street Balwyn North

Dress Code: Active wear pants, polo shirt (need a collared top), jacket & hat (cap if it's sunny, beanie if it's cold!!)

Leanne is the sales leader and founder of Taylor Made Sales. With a natural flair towards business and technical problem solving, her friendliness and positive energy have been the cornerstones of her successful sales career spanning over 25 years.

The Women Drivers was born from Leanne's desire to commit to play more golf and find a cohort of like minded women who wanted to learn.
So she created one!

Having grown up in a family of male golfers, she has dabbled with golf since her 20's but we all know how life gets in the way with babies now teenagers and corporate life now her own business, she is committed to "making time" to do the things that fill her bucket.

"As women, we often find ourselves doing everything for everyone around us. Family, friends, work - part of this golf group is actually about giving some time back to yourself and doing that thing you always wanted to do but never had time to do - learn golf!" Leanne has said.

The concept of 2 hours once a month, consistently over the year, will see gradual improvement over time. For those wanting to dive right in there is the opportunity to attend ALL the clinics on offer, or just attend the ones that work for your life schedule.

As we grow, she hopes to provide more golf course options all over Melbourne to make it more accessible for those limited with travel.
