Freewrite Virtual Writing Circles - Election Anxiety
Description
Election Anxiety
Feeling anxious about the upcoming midterm elections? It feels like there's a lot at stake and active efforts to suppress voting, especially in Democrat-leaning districts. With all that's up in the air, many of us could use a moment to work through our anxiety and frustration on paper. In this write-in session, we'll freewrite to dig into our anxiety: what is it distracting us from? What is useful about it, and can we use the energy in a more meaningful way? What inner resources do we have to help us move through the anxiety and find peace? This event is non-partisan, but participants are free to share whatever they like with the group. This event is FREE!
