Companion Cards
Companion cards are accepted, but do require a ticket. Please book your paid ticket/s then email us at hello@snowconcerthall.com with your booking and companion card details to obtain your companion ticket.
Arrival and Access
If you have accessibility issues that make it difficult to navigate long distances, we recommend utilising the designated drop-off area near the entrance of the venue (Entrance A). Please review the map for parking details.
Accessible Seating
The accessible seats within the hall can be reached without having to walk down the stairs of the auditorium.
Wheelchair Seating
Any seats purchased in Row A or Row ZZ that are marked with as Wheelchair Seating, can be completely removed beforehand allowing a wheelchair to take its place. Please notify us at hello@snowconcerthall.com if you have reserved a wheelchair seat and would like the seat to be removed.
Lift Access
There is a lift at the ground level of the Snow Concert Hall allowing level access to all Doors. Ushers can happily assist. Seating in Row ZZ is accessed via the lift to the Lower-Ground Level. For seating in Row A, please make contact with an usher who will happily escort you to your seat.
Parking
The venue offers limited parking facilities. Please review the map for parking details and allow sufficient time for parking and finding your seat. We strongly recommend an early arrival or using taxis / public transport. https://snowconcerthall.com/location/
Bathrooms
The Toilets are located adjacent to Door 1 and Door 2, located at the back of the hall.
