CONTENT ADVISORY
*Please note: This year's festival features a selection of powerful films, one in particular that delves into complex themes, including mental health and suicide and another that includes graphic displays of marine life / industrial fishing. These films offer thought-provoking explorations of the human experience and invite viewers to engage with important conversations. For that reason, we advise that these two films in the second half of the program are recommended for mature audiences due to their exploration of sensitive topics.
Please feel free to contact our creative director, Tania Douthwaite (0439770038) for advice that may help you decide whether this film festival is appropriate for you to view, and if viewing with youth under 18 years old, it is advised that you make a choice whether the content to be screened is suitable for your young adult or child. The film program may be released early to selected guests with special needs regarding film content, and there is an option to go downstairs into the club room while the two short films (5-15 mins) are being screened with this sensitive content in it if there is a wish to protect young people or sensitive viewers from watching this content.
