Over 2.5 transformative hours, you’ll journey through grounding connection, bold shamanic soundscapes, spoken and sung word of light language, and visual light codes—culminating in deep stillness and integration.

This is a sacred invitation to explore the duality of reflection and resonance—where the physical and energetic bodies meet.

Bring: All props will be provided including mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets and eye pillows, however you may want to bring a water bottle, and anything else to feel comfortable lying down.

• History or diagnosis of aneurysms

• History of Seizures
• Severe Asthma
• Heart Disease
• Heart Conditions
• Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the last 3 years
• Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and or emotional release
