Frequency Friday Sound Bath

Designed to nurture your self-care with soothing frequencies of singing crystal bowls setting positive intentions for the month ahead and sipping on rich cacao.  It's the perfect way to align mind, body and spirit.

Each month, immerse yourself in a deeply restorative evening designed to support lasting self-nurturing and intentional living. This tranquil experience invites you to set meaningful intentions for the month ahead, ensuring self-care remains at the heart of your journey. As you unwind, the serene tones of singing crystal bowls will wash over you, creating a beautiful sound bath that soothes the soul and harmonises the body.

Following this peaceful immersion, you'll savor a rich, ceremonial cacao—an ancient elixir known to open the heart and enhance inner connection. Every element of the evening is thoughtfully curated to promote gentle relaxation, offering a sacred pause from life's demands and a chance to align mind, body, and spirit in a way that truly lasts.

In this session, a full set of chakra quartz crystal singing bowls are used where each bowl resonates at the frequency for the chakra it represents. With a seamless transition between playing the bowl key notes, a full energy alignment is facilitated. A wonderful inclusion of these sessions is the Native American Flute to add beautiful, earthy tones that take you on a journey and leaves you in awe. Other soothing instruments may be used.

To further enhance your relaxation, REIKI will be offered collectively during the moments of stillness, providing a unified sense of calm as the session comes to a peaceful close. Reiki simply means universal life energy and is a complimentary therapy that increases a sense of well-being. It is a gentle practice that has been used for over 100 years.

It encourages self-awareness, reduces stress, and deepens your connection to yourself, allowing you to move through life with greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment

• Journal
• Exercise / yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Water
• Eye covering, if this is something you like and is helpful if you use a lot of technology.
• Favourite cup, if you like to.

Arrival:

To make yourself comfortable for the session and comfort of all participants, please arrive 10 minutes early.

• Post-surgery
• Heart conditions, cardiac pacemakers
• People with Deep Brain Stimulus
• Have metal plates and pins inside your body
• PTSD, bipolar or other serious mental health condition
