ATYP would love to invite you to celebrate our 2025 Fresh Ink Playwrights as they showcase their brand new short plays.

Each of the writers will present a fifteen minute play, written as part of Australia’s most respected professional development program for emerging writers and performed by Charley Allanah and Antony Makhlouf and directed by Kate Murphy. The playwrights have been mentored by George Kemp.

The performance will take place in The Popsy at Australian Theatre for Young People.

The writers are: Mohammad Awad, Ruby Blinkhorn, Koen Brown, Pippa Thoroughgood.

The performance is free, but please RSVP.

Readings will be from 4-5pm and we would love for you to join us for drinks from 5pm - 6pm.
