Event description

Ready to embark on an unforgettable culinary adventure? Look no further than our Italian cooking class led by the talented Le Cordon Bleu London trained chef, Katie White.

In this workshop, you'll learn how to make delicious fresh pasta from scratch. From silky fettuccini to pillows of ravioli, Katie will guide you through every step of the process.

Using high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques, you'll learn the art of pasta making, including the perfect dough consistency, rolling and shaping various pasta types, and creating delectable sauces and sides to accompany your creations.

What sets this class apart is the genuine connection to Italian culture and traditions. Drawing on her experiences in Italy, where she lived with local Italians who generously shared their authentic family recipes, Katie will introduce you to the secrets of Italian cuisine.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, this class is suitable for all types of eaters (excluding those on a gluten-free diet) and is particularly ideal for lovers of fresh vegetarian food, and plant-based cooking.

Katie's warm and uplifting teaching style will create a supportive environment, ensuring that you feel at ease to ask questions or seek guidance throughout the class.

The workshop is also designed to be hands-on and interactive, allowing you to engage all your senses as you work with the finest ingredients, kneading, rolling, and shaping your pasta with care and precision.

By the end of the class, we will enjoy a delicious meal that we have created together to conclude the day. You'll also gain invaluable knowledge and skills that you can use to impress friends and family with your homemade pasta creations.
