Fresh Perspectives: Summer Interns is our very first online session for employers who want access to a new pool of experienced and emerging professionals. There's no obligation to have a role ready. This is about what you need to know for summer internships and getting to know who's in our University Student talent pool.

What we'll cover

• This year's cohort of university students with refugee and asylum-seeking backgrounds, ready for paid summer internships

• Hear from a couple host employers about what they have gained from hosting and how they won internal buy-in

• The logistics and milestones of the internship period, so you know exactly what hosting involves

• Find out how our program reduces recruitment and onboarding pressure to support your strategic workforce talent and inclusion goals.

• A chance to hear directly from a past participant about their own experience

Who this is for

Any employer considering hosting a summer intern, whether you've hosted before or you're exploring it for the first time. Any colleagues or connections who might also be interested, are welcome, so please feel free to share this event with them.
