Join us for a rejuvenating 1-hour yoga session this Friday morning at the stunning Point Danger in Torquay!
This class is open to all — whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome.
Come ready to move, breathe, and connect. We’ll begin promptly at 6am, and we can't wait to see you there!
As always... It's a $5 confirmation booking fee followed by a pay what you feel donation upon completion.
Please bring: A yoga mat or towel, water, warm comfortable clothes and a bottle of water

Through workshops, presentations, and one-on-one coaching sessions, Tom masterfully facilitates participants in cultivating profound connections across all facets of life, paving the way for them to embrace richer personal, professional, and social experiences.
Tom has now spent 13 years working in the field of self-development and guided discovery helping his clients to make healthier choices, honour their truth, and navigate their own mental health journey.
His mission across all demographics is to invite participants in living a life full of truth, compassion, authenticity, and responsibility. Tom achieves these outcomes by offering a variety of practices that allow his clients to deepen the relationship that they have with themselves, others, and their environment thus, ensuring a more fulfilling personal life, work life, and social life.
