Start your Friday morning with a sunrise on the beach, followed by Breathwork, Yin Yoga and Sound Healing to help you relax and reconnect.

Then it's over to the cafe for breakfast and catch ups 🌞

All ages welcome! Come for any part you wish 💗

Please bring: Yoga mat or towel to lay on and water
