Join Us for Our FridayFocus Session: AI in the Supply Chain: Are We Just Scratching the Surface?

AI is already changing the way businesses work, but are we really using it to transform our supply chains, or are we mostly using it to write emails and summarise documents?

From forecasting and inventory to procurement, logistics and supplier risk, there could be significant opportunities to use AI to make supply chains more responsive and resilient.

This Friday Focus will explore where businesses are already using AI and where the biggest opportunities might still be hiding.

· Where could AI have the biggest impact on your supply chain?

Forecasting, inventory, procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing or supplier management?

· Are you using AI to solve real business problems?

What applications are delivering measurable value today?

· What is stopping businesses from going further?

Data quality, trust, skills, cost, security or simply not knowing where to start?

· Where should humans remain firmly in control?

When is human judgement still more valuable than an algorithm?

The discussion is about moving beyond the hype and exploring where AI could genuinely change the way we manage supply chains, because we may only be scratching the surface.
