At Industry Partners Australia we provide opportunities for our members to connect and share their collective knowledge and experiences.
Our 2024 Friday Focus sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers. In this 45-minutes focus session we will explore the very important topic of maintaining a fixed plan, and knowing when to deviate.

This is something we hear regularly, and it is a massive challenge for many businesses. A carefully designed planning process will help your management team to maintain alignment across all business functions.
But, the customer is always right…right?
Not always. By attempting to appease that customer, we may inadvertently cause them more trouble down the line.

To be successful, you need to define planning horizons that match the pace of the business and set up regular review meetings to support each planning cycle. Planning horizons and meeting frequencies will, of course, depend on the nature of your business, but here is a general guideline.

• When should you deviate?

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

This event is ideal for Business Leaders at all levels from all areas (that's the point), anyone interested in developing their CI knowledge.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
