Event description

Our 2024 Friday Focus sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers.

In this 45-minute focus session, we will explore the very important topic of continuous improvement and how your own cognitive biases may be impacting this.
We are hired to improve the business.  Agree?
So how come our brains sometimes work against us from being innovative and improvement-focused?
Cognitive biases are tendencies or patterns of thinking that can impact our decisions and judgments. Several cognitive biases can impact innovative thinking, but some have a more significant impact than others.
We will start the discussion by sharing 3 cognitive biases that have an impact.
Join us and discover if these affect you or people in your team.

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

Who should attend?
Leaders and individuals focused on improving themselves and their businesses.
