Our Friday Focus sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers.

Are you looking to improve efficiency and effectiveness of your business operations?

During this focus session, we would like you to share your 2023 process improvement success story.

You may wish to share an A3 over Zoom, a PowerPoint slide or verbally tells us the about your best improvement and the impact this had on your organisation.

This will be a great opportunity to share your knowledge with your peers and to learn what others have done in their business and for us to be motivated for the year ahead.

It is our belief that solutions begin with a conversation, so please take this opportunity to participate in the conversation.

Who should attend?
This event is ideal for CI and LEAN leaders within our membership.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close at 5pm on the day prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first -served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
