Our 2024 Friday Focus sessions are topic related and an opportunity to discover new knowledge and insights from your peers.

In this 45-minutes focus session we will explore the challenge of lead-time fluctuations in our global world, customers shifting expectations, and how businesses are adapting and overcoming these challenges.

We will start the discussion with:

• What is the biggest challenge you are facing with lead-times right now?
• What actions have been taken in your business due to lead time changes?

You will need: A computer with video and audio capability so you can engage effectively with other attendees.

When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 8 hours prior to event date. 
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis. 
There are no allocated seats with membership.
