If you've ever wanted to know:
- how to strike up conversation about sensitive topics
- what you can do to support someone going through a difficult time
- where you can refer someone for help with their mental health, relationship or financial situation
and practice these skills then this course might be for you!
Developed by experienced psychologists, counsellors and community service providers, our course follows best practice advice and recommendations.
And we get results too! 95% of participants reported that they learnt much more, and 95% felt more confident taking action to help a friend in need.
