Fright Night Story Reading at Coffeehouse Five
Event description
Join us Saturday, October 25th, for Wild Geese Bookshop’s first-ever Story Night! Hosted at Coffeehouse Five in Franklin, the Story Night theme is Fright Night- scary stories read and appreciated in a cozy, coffeehouse atmosphere.
Your ticket includes admission to the event, a beverage and pastry curated by Coffeehouse Five, and an evening of scary stories!
Stories read for the Campfire will be a mixture of already published stories and entries chosen from our Fright Night Writing Contest. If you are interested in submitting a story to possibly be chosen, please make your submissions here.
Please note: There are no age restrictions for attending the event or applying to the writing contest. Winners of the contest will be chosen by a team at Wild Geese Bookshop. The team will determine if submissions have suitable content to be read out loud to a mixed-age audience and will make decisions accordingly. However, the theme of the evening is Fright Night, so a certain amount of fear/gore/thriller is to be expected. Please consider when purchasing tickets for children.
We are pleased to provide accessibility accommodations for this event upon request. To arrange accommodations or request additional information about accommodations for this event, please email eventservices@wildgeesebookshop.com
