FRISSON. The emotive, somatic response to sound and vibration.
Frisson presents an evening of deep sound immersion informed by nāda yoga, wherein listening is experienced as an active, embodied process rather than a passive act of mere reception.
Sound moves beyond the sensory realm into that which is incorporeal. It is a mediating spirit wherein we may encounter the innermost, subtle layers of ourselves. We’ve all felt it, perhaps even before being able to give language to the experience of listening itself.

An evening of Deep Listening in an intimate, dimly lit space. In the interests of maintaining such intimacy, tickets are limited.
Featuring live sound by nada soma and a downtempo dj set by niamhzk. Chinese tea will be served in the traditional Gongfu Cha style.
Location will be sent to ticket holders on the day.
