Friyay! You made it! Time to wash off the working week, relax and refuel your spirit tuning into you. Literally bathing in soundwaves, my crystal bowls and guest instruments will have you feeling pampered and in the “Zen Zone”. This ideal location between Cullen Bay and the CBD allows participants to meet a friend after for a wine or dinner or go home and sleep like a baby! Join me, adventuring into a Sunny Sound Journey.

N.B. Recommend bringing light blanket or sarong, eye mask, water bottle.

Hi, I’m Sarah, I’m a sound practitioner based in the Northern Territory. My passion is creating nurturing safe spaces to escape the chaos, calmly unwinding and leaving the busyness of life at the door. I use crystal bowl sound therapy, a wellness practice that uses the pure, resonant tones and vibrations of quartz crystal singing bowls to promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and balance the mind and body. I believe in the profound impact these ancient sound experiences can have on the mind, body and spirit. I feel honoured to share this practice with the community.
