Frog Walk & Talk Lookout Dam
Stockdill Drive, Parking lot for Shepherds Lookout
Description
Early Spring frog walk & talk
Sip on hot chocolate and count the stars while listening to frog serenades and learn ribbet-ing facts about our local amphibian friends. FrogWatch is running two events in August, as this is the best time to start wrapping your ears around the calls of our two winter-breeding local frogs: The common eastern froglet and the whistling tree frog.
When?
Wednesday, 11.09., Shepherds Lookout Parking lot, 18:00 – 19:30ish.
Wear sturdy shoes and lots of warm clothes, bring your own cup and a torch if you can.
