Frogs: Twilight Talk
The annual FrogID Week is coming up! Come along for a evening walk & talk with local educator Karen Retra & ecologist Glen Johnson, where you can learn about the critically endangered spotted tree frog & how to identify frogs using the free FrogID app. Become a citizen scientist and learn how to contribute to the measurement of frog health and distribution around the country.
Karen is an environmental educator with a passion for encouraging curiosity and connection to the natural world. Glen is a senior ecologist who has extensive experience in biodiversity recovery.
Places are limited so book early to make sure you don't miss out!
WHERE AND WHEN: 4:30pm - 6pm, Saturday, 9th November, Pebble Creek Walk Carpark, Embankment Drive , Mt Beauty.
- Light refreshments will be provided
- Physical Fitness level required: MEDIUM ( Walking/standing for 1 or more hours required)
WHAT TO BRING:
- Water bottle
- Please wear comfortable, weather appropriate clothing
- Sunscreen, hat and bring a raincoat in the event of showers
- If you are unwell on the day please remain at home in the consideration of others

Due to our limited funding it is difficult to cater for every dietary requirement at our events. If you have special dietary requirements please bring your own food and drink.
