Feeling stretched? Struggling to keep your community group going strong? You're not alone - and there’s a better way.

Join us for an engaging and practical 1-hour online session where we’ll explore how to build stronger, more sustainable community teams - and avoid burnout along the way.

In this interactive session, you’ll discover:

💡 Why understanding each other’s "why" makes all the difference
🔄 Fresh ways to share the load and reimagine roles within your team
💬 Tips to keep the energy positive and avoid volunteer fatigue
📌 Real-world strategies for organising your group to work better, together

Whether you're part of a committee, a grassroots group, or just passionate about making your community stronger, this session will give you tools and ideas you can use straight away.

Hosted by Dean Cracknell and Patrycja Rosinska from Town Team Movement, this is more than just a webinar - it's a conversation about how to bring joy, clarity, and resilience back into your team.
