From Dance to Deep Rest - Movement + Sound Bath
Event description
Come join us for a fun, relaxed movement class where you can let go, move your body, and connect with yourself and others. We'll start with some guided free-form dance to help you loosen up, plus a bit of simple choreography to get us all moving together. No pressure, no experience needed—just come as you are and have fun!
We’ll finish with a calming sound bath led by our very special guest facilitator, Erika from EK Holistic Living, giving you time to slow down, rest, and soak in the good vibes. Expect to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply relaxed.
About Erika:
I help guide women through deeply transformative experiences that focus on reconnecting with their body, calming the nervous system, and fostering a sense of balance and wholeness. Through Breathwork, energy healing, and sound therapy, my aim is to create safe and nurturing spaces for women to release stress, process emotions and guide you to regulate your nervous system. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins with the body—by cultivating awareness, grounding, and embodiment, we can tap into the body’s own innate wisdom.
