From DAWless to DAW - Liveschool x Noisegate

Start with a hardware jam. Take it into Ableton Live.

Join Lachlan Powell and the Noisegate team at Liveschool for an evening exploring how hardware can spark ideas, and how to bring those ideas into your productions.

Get a closer look at the teenage engineering OP–XY, KORG Phase8 and Universal Audio VOLT G2. There’ll also be something new from Arturia, launching that day.

Lachlan will demonstrate sequencing, synthesis and sound design with hardware, then break the session down into an Ableton project — showing how the sounds and parts come together inside the DAW.

After the demo, spend some time with the gear yourself. Ask questions, compare approaches and chat with the team about making hardware part of your own music-making.
