Greg Miller,  Co-Founder / Partner, Arena Mars; exited Co-Founder, Faethm AI. 

Greg held Asia Pacific, COO roles with major global SaaS players, including Siebel Systems, PeopleSoft and SAP. His first startup scaling and exit was in the heart of the Dotcom boom in San Francisco - the first databot of its kind, measuring & rating the world’s leading internet providers.

Greg left SAP to focus on solving the digital skills gap in Australia, ultimately co-founding Faethm AI to help employers navigate the impact of automation, economic change and industry change on skills & jobs.  Faethm was acquired by Pearson in 2021 at which point Faethm had government and enterprise customers in 21 industries in 26 countries. 

He’s deeply engaged in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), having led both PeopleSoft & SAP’s CSR programs.  He remains a National Ambassador and advocate for The Australia Indigenous Education Foundation, The Smith Family and Young ICT Explorers, a youth STEM program, part of an Australia-wide push to restore the focus, and increase student uptake of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics subjects in primary and secondary schools across the country.

As a Partner at Arena Mars, Greg now invests in and works with start-ups / scale-ups and VCs to help founders create impact and value globally.
