From Fear to Freedom
Event description
Fear shows up in so many ways- sometimes as anxiety, tension, or resistance, and sometimes even as fear of the practice itself. In this guided breathwork journey, we’ll gently lean into the edges of fear, meeting it with curiosity and compassion.
Through conscious breathing techniques, you’ll be supported to explore fear as a messenger rather than an enemy, discovering how the body can soften, release, and find safety even in moments of uncertainty. Together, we’ll create space for fear to shift into presence, courage, and freedom.
This is not about pushing past your limits, but about breathing into them and finding that within fear itself, there may also be wisdom, strength, and possibility.
All are welcome—no experience necessary. These events are LGBTQI+ inclusive and take place in the warm, welcoming space of Soultree Moves in Croydon North.
