A Guided Breathwork Journey

We all hold - our breath, our words, our emotions, our need for control.
We hold it together, hold it in, hold back from the full expression of who we are.
But beneath all that holding is a deep longing… to flow.

In this guided breathwork journey, we’ll explore what it feels like to soften the grip, to let the body, breath, and energy begin to move again.
Through conscious breathing and somatic awareness, you’ll be supported to meet what’s been held inside… the tension, the emotion, the stories, and we’ll invite them to release.

This is not about forcing or fixing, but about creating space for flow to return naturally.
When we let go, we reconnect to trust, vitality, and the quiet pulse of life that’s always been here.

Whether you attended From Fear to Freedom or are joining for the first time, you are warmly welcome. Each journey stands alone, yet together they weave a path of returning from fear, to freedom, to flow.

What to Bring:

Mats are provided. Please bring:
• A small pillow or cushion
• Blanket
• Comfortable clothing
• Journal and pen
• Water bottle
• Anything else that helps you feel supported

After the session, we’ll share tea and light snacks together — a gentle space to ground, connect, and integrate before heading back into the world.

Aftercare:

Give yourself time and softness after the session.
Journal, move gently, spend time by water or in nature.
Let what moves through you settle — your body knows how to integrate in its own time.
