From Mindful Practice to Global Impact with Elise Bialylew!

Elise Bialylew originally trained in medicine at Melbourne University and specialised in psychiatry. These days she runs the Mindful in May movement and has a longstanding personal and professional passion for mindfulness and philanthropy. Elise is the founder of the tremendously successful Mindful in May project which is the world’s largest online mindfulness fundraising campaign. Elise has not only connected many thousands of people with mindfulness from around the world, but has catalysed the community to raise over $1 million to bring clean, safe drinking water to over 40,000 people across Africa.  In this webinar, Elise will be speaking about her work and how mindfulness can foster personal wellbeing as well as greater generosity and kindness to others. Join Professor Craig Hassed in this inspiring discussion with Mindful in May's founder Elise Bialylew.
