Do you still use ChatGPT like a search engine?

You type one question, get one answer, maybe try again, then wonder why everyone says AI is “life-changing.”

The truth is, ChatGPT becomes powerful only when you know how to guide it.

This workshop is for professionals who are busy, curious, and slightly overwhelmed by all the AI information online. You do not need a technical background. You do not need to be “good with computers.” You just need to be open to learning a smarter way to work.

In this practical beginner workshop, you’ll learn how to use ChatGPT as a real productivity partner, not just a chatbot.

We’ll cover:

How to write better prompts without sounding technical
How to use ChatGPT for emails, reports, summaries, and research
How to turn messy ideas into clear action plans
How to save time in meetings, admin, and daily communication
How to check AI answers and avoid common mistakes
How professionals can use AI responsibly and confidently

This session is also a taste of the formal SoftGenius Club AI productivity classes coming soon. It is designed to give you practical skills you can use immediately, while helping us shape future workshops for professionals in Tasmania.
