From Soil to Soul is a seasonal collaboration between Roaming Zen and Ondeen, offering you the chance to begin your Sunday with intention, movement, beautiful food, and meaningful connection, all grounded in the natural rhythm of Spring on Peramangk Country.

What’s Included:

A guided yoga + breathwork session with Jeni from Roaming Zen - gentle, expansive, and grounding
Seasonal herbal tea on arrival, to welcome and settle you into the morning
Native floral posie-making - a hands-on experience to create your own Spring arrangement (materials included)
“Feed Me” style Spring lunch curated by Kane Pollard - celebrating the season through fresh local produce and flavour
Wine tasting hosted by Ondeen, sharing the stories and spirit of the land in each drop
A take-home bundle including Spring affirmation cards and your floral posie

Held at Ondeen, a place where food, landscape, and storytelling come together, this gathering is designed to honour the shift in season, and help you feel more connected to yourself and to the land we gather on.
