Event description

This event is part of the 2025 Great Southern Treasures Bloom Festival.

Hosted by The Shire of Cranbrook.

Join us for two engaging sessions during the one event, with two amazing presenters within their fields. Mark Tupman from Productive Ecology is a seasoned expert in organic and biodynamic practices, permaculture and agroecology. You will gain valuable tips on establishing productive garden beds, improving soil health and growing seasonal vegetables at home. Following on from Mark, we will welcome Chef Guy Jeffreys who runs Kitchen Community, who will create seasonal dishes with a sustainable edge. Guy's experience with teaching participants how to make the most of their produce and reduce food waste comes at a time when the cost of living is high, and the options to produce your own food and cook great meals is now becoming essential.
