Move Forward on Your Biggest Business Challenge - Held in Busselton
Description
Running a business often requires us to have difficult conversations, make clear decisions, delegate, set boundaries and back ourselves. Yet many business owners find themselves repeating the same patterns despite knowing what they should do.
This interactive workshop invites participants to work with a current challenge from their own business and explore the hidden commitments and assumptions that may be keeping that challenge in place. Through a guided process incorporating reflective, embodied and practical awareness activities, participants will gain fresh insight into the protective patterns that can quietly influence how they lead, make decisions and respond under pressure.
Outcomes:
• Gain a deeper understanding of one significant business challenge.
• Create a personalised map of the hidden commitments and assumptions that may be maintaining that challenge.
• Recognise how protective patterns in life can influence behaviour, decision-making and leadership in business.
• Learn a simple awareness practice to continue noticing how the hidden commitments underlying current business challenges influence day-to-day responses.
