Let us journey with sound and song into the midwinter darkness and ignite the spark to carry us on our journey to the light.

This sound journey and meditation will be at the Entelechy Living Centre ( Formerly the Woonona Bulli School of Arts)

Her music, sound work and community workshops take us deep into our own elements of water, earth, fire and air. Her music and sound journeys include soothing meditation and mantra.

Mignon invites us to welcome the spirit of our breath with somatic singing and toning. She transports us on a magical journey with her soaring and ethereal voice, other worldly Gong tones, divine crystal alchemy bowls, Monochord, and a whole lot of heart and then bringing us back to balance and connection.
