    Event description

    An afternoon of storytelling, workshop, music, dancing and film to hear tales of locals moved to protect, regenerate and celebrate the places we call home.

    This event is a fundraiser for Northbank Community Garden & Bellingen Activist Network (BAN) to support the protection of our forests and cultivation of our shared food spaces.

    - 2 - 3pm: Food Forest Tour with Joe Cheverton - come and get inspired about the community gardens!

    - 3:15 - 4:45 pmBeats with Bom Tempo

    - 4:45 - 5:45 Stories, music and spoken word performance featuring Uncle Micklo, Hannah Harlen and Taj 

    - 6pm- 8:00pm: Road to Patagonia Film Screening followed by Q&A with Director Matty Hannon


    Price

    - $30 ticket (or pay what you can) - all proceeds go to Bellingen Activist Network and Northbank Community Garden

    - Bring a bowl and a mug to purchase curry and chai

    - Please bring a rug and plenty of warm clothes, it will be chilly during this special outdoor film screening under the stars.
