With over 15 years experience working across Leadership Development, Culture, Talent and Succession Planning, Learning and Development, and Organisational Development, Orlaith is a highly successful Leadership and Organisational Development professional with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology, a Certification IV in Training and Assessment and accreditation in several occupational psychometric tools including the Lifestyles Inventory (LSI) and MBTI.
