Frontline Leadership: Developing Leaders in Your Business
Description
This is a Small Business Month Event proudly presented by Business Orange and The Remington Orange.
Frontline Leadership: Developing Leaders in Your Business
Frontline leaders and supervisors significantly impact business success by acting as the bridge between senior management and frontline employees.
They are responsible for communicating business strategies to their teams, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring that employees are engaged and motivated to achieve success. Their leadership style, communication skills, and ability to foster a positive work environment are crucial for team performance and achieving organisational goals.
Too often, we promote people from our business because they have technical and knowledge expertise, without considering the additional skills and behaviors they will need as leaders.
In this session, we will cover:
strategies for identifying and developing the frontline leaders within your business
The benefits of recruiting leaders from within
The transition from team member to team leader
Identifying the potential leaders in your business
The support and development new & developing leaders require
Strategies for frontline leader development
Applying the 70/20/10 Model for professional development
