Frost Fit 2024: Tuesday Dance/Zumba with Life Time Athletic

Every Tuesday from January 30th- February 20th! Instructors from Life Time Athletic will lead you through 45-minutes of dance/zumba! The instructors will get the crowd moving and grooving with easy to follow dance moves from cultures around the globe! Come Salsa, Merengue, BellyDance and more. Easy to follow dance moves for all that will leave you sweaty and smiling!

No equipment or experience required. Lastly, please dress accordingly and arrive 15 minutes prior to the workout. It will be cold outside, but we are bringing the heat!

Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this Frost Fit Presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts fitness class.

Directions to Fiedler Field:

Cross the Fiedler Footbridge and continue walking straight past the Esplanade Playspace. There will be a footbridge across from the Playspace. Continue across that footbridge, Fiedler Field will be across from a dock next to a statue of head.
