Event description

Join us on the Esplanade for a leisure walk along the park led by Esplanade Association staff members and presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Walks are approximately 1 mile long and will start and end at Fiedler Field (look for the Fiedler head sculpture). Join EA staff for a leisurely walk through the Esplanade, enjoying the beautiful landscape and scenery that it has to offer. During the walk, we welcome conversation about the park's history, future projects, or answer any questions you may have!

We encourage participants to registered before every class and to bring their own water bottle and to dress accordingly keeping in mind that the Esplanade typically feels 10°F cooler than the rest of the city due to the river's breeze. Pre-registration is highly recommended in order to receive timely updates. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. Wednesday Walks will take place every Wednesday at 5:15pm starting on February 19 and ending on March 5 on the following dates:

    • February 19
    • February 26
    • March 5

This event is part of Frost Fit Fitness Series. Learn more and register for other events in this series here.
