• Texas style box: smoked pulled Angus brisket burger with handmade slaw, a smoked baby back pork rib, smoked chicken wing with ranch sauce, potato salad and a stacker pickle 
• Vegetarian loaded fries with smoked and grilled onion and capsicum topped with American cheese and spring onion
• Cakes 

All students and parents/guardians attending lunch are required to prepay for meals. No orders will be available on the day.
