Until recently, South Australia was famous for it’s fresh produce. This is now threatened by the arrival of fruit fly and there is currently an outbreak in the Campbelltown area. Learn about how we can support our local industry, with gardening practices and simple, fruit-fly safe cooking.

There will be tasters of recipes available in this session. Please make the presenter aware of any food allergies or intolerances before trying any food.
