Join us for this hands-on workshop where Amanda Fleming from Willunga Fruit Tree Pruning will talk us through the how, why, what & when of pruning.
Various tools and pruning techniques will be discussed followed by a hands-on pruning demonstration.

This event will be held outside so please remember to bring the following:
- A drink bottle & hat.
- Wear weather-appropriate clothing and enclosed shoes
- If you have eye protection, gloves & secateurs bring those too!
Presenter's Profile - Amanda Fleming
Amanda is a keen organic food gardener, food gardening educator, writer, Mum, and owner of Willunga Fruit Tree Pruning. Her business came out of the desire to help more people grow their own food, and seeing a need for a fruit tree pruning service in the community, Willunga Fruit Tree Pruning was created. She is into creating sustainable gardens and reducing our impact on the planet. By growing our own fruit and vegetables we are producing a healthy organic food source for our families, and building food security and resilience in our region. Based in Willunga, she loves seeing the beautiful productive gardens in our area. She treats your fruit trees as if they were her own, and takes great satisfaction in helping you get the best quality fruit while keeping your fruit trees manageable.

This workshop will be held at a private property in Mylor.
