FUEL:0300 is a wellbeing experience that invites optimal self through body, movement, sound and connection for the community.

Through these practices this experience offers participants a multifaceted approach to wellness and serves as a nurturing space for people to explore their potential, recharge and align themselves with a state of optimal wellbeing.

FUEL:0300 is presented by Dance Remedy and (nexus), generously supported by Mateo Soda & Kasabi.

WHAT TO BRING:

Yourself, comfortable clothing, water, a notebook and pens. 

EVENT DETAILS:

12pm: Doors Open

12:30-1:30pm: Gentle Introduction - Yoga, Meditation

1:30-2:30pm: Optimal Self - Guided Movement 

2:30-3:30pm: Social - Tea, Snacks, Conversation

3:30pm: Event completed
