Guest speakers Sara Widdowson and Dr Lotte Williamson share expert insights into a vital part of helping females reach their full potential in sport.

This empowering session is designed for young female athletes and their families to understand how nutrition and mental wellbeing fuel performance, growth, and lifelong health, on and off the court.

Tickets: $25 per person + Booking fees

Fundraising for Geraldine High School Netball. We will have stalls on arrival also.

Is this a female-only event?

No – we encourage male caregivers, coaches, and supporters to attend. This session offers valuable insights into how to best support the young females in your life.

Where on the school grounds will this be held?

The event will take place in the school hall. Enter through the main gate, walk past the office building, and the hall will be directly ahead.

Will there be a chance to ask questions?

Absolutely! Questions are encouraged during the session, and you'll also have the opportunity to arrange follow-up consultations with both speakers.
