Fuelling Through Midlife: An Evidence-Based Guide to Perimenopause

Join Associate Registered Nutritionist Monica Valle for an evening of learning, conversation and connection as we explore the latest evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies for navigating perimenopause.

Whether you're beginning to notice changes, are already experiencing symptoms, or simply want to be proactive about your health, this workshop will help you better understand what is happening in your body and, most importantly, what you can do to support it.

Drawing on the latest scientific evidence and Monica's current Master's research in perimenopause, you'll learn practical, evidence-based approaches to support your health through nutrition, strength training, sleep, stress management and other key lifestyle factors.

Together we'll discuss:

What happens during perimenopause and why symptoms occur
The most effective nutrition strategies to support your changing body
The role of strength training, sleep and stress management
Common myths and misconceptions surrounding perimenopause
How to feel confident and empowered to make informed decisions about your health

This is an opportunity to connect with other local women in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Enjoy a light treat while we learn together, ask questions and have open conversations about a stage of life that deserves far more attention than it often receives.

We'd love to have you join us at the Te Puna Mahara Cromwell Memorial Events Centre for an informative and supportive evening.
