Full Day Enamel on Copper workshop

Have you ever wanted to learn the art of glass enamelling on copper? well now's your chance! Local Ipswich Artist Rebekah Walkarden is combining two of her most loved workshops from her recent residency at the Ipswich Art Workshop into one full day of jewellery making fun! (or other item if you're not a jewellery wearer)

This workshop will take you all the way from a blank sheet of copper to your own glass enamelled creations to take home that day.

In the morning you will learn about cutting the copper and designing your piece while in the afternoon we will fire up the kiln and go wild with colour to bring your creation to life.

Important information:

please wear enclosed shoes and bring a packed lunch. This workshop is not suitable for young children. Teenagers accompanied by a guardian are welcome.
