Sat, Apr 12, 12pm - 2pm EDT

Event description

On this forest bathing walk, we will begin with mindfulness in nature to ease our minds and souls. We will then do a new moon ceremony which includes an intention-setting exercise. You will walk away from this experience feeling reconnected within and ready for the lunar cycle ahead.

What To Expect

On this forest bathing walk, we will explore Capisic Pond closely and mindfully to see what it has to offer.

These walks are slow-paced and generally cover less than a mile of trail. During this time the guide, in partnership with the natural space, will offer an evolving series of invitations crafted to help participants slow down and open their senses. This mindfulness opens the heart and allows us to be fully present. Come discover the healing powers of being in nature.
